Lost boosters

I had to restore my iPhone and when I redownloaded Candy Crush, Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly and synced with my Facebook account none of my boosters synced.

i had accumulated a lot of boosters; some over 60 and I need these to be restored to my account

I emailed support and they responded with a link to this page; please fix my account

Hi davara64- Thanks for posting on King Care, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too.

This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
