There's a blue dot next to the app. It will not open! I do not want to reset it as I will start at level 1 again. I'm in the 600's.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
