My account is not showing the screen so I click and get play, the whole world is bugged, it shows that I am on the screen but I can not play it, how to solve it?

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
