I lost all back up lives (237) and boosters. I can not connect to fb, after updating from play store? I use to be able to sync and it is not letting me on my mobile?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
