Coins and boosters have disappeared

I am on level 2441 in Candy Crush Saga and have purchased coins many times. Since I updated the app yesterday, the coin count has reset to zero on all 3 of my devices and boosters have disappeared on my desktop computer though they are there on my ipad.

Hi Helen,

Do you have the Gold bars when you play on Facebook?

I believe you are experiencing an issue where your mobile device is not correctly connecting to Facebook in order to sync your Gold bars.

Hi Helen,

Do you have the Gold bars when you play on Facebook?
