Why should anyone at King listen to someone who can't even control their own keyboard? You can't sue anyone for because there is no tort here. This is a free game which you can simply walk away from. Purchases, like involvement, is entirely at your own will. There is no tort, there is no case. Were you intending to sue MLB, for example, because they made the game too difficult for you to be guaranteed a place in the big leagues? The whole notion is farcical. Their game, their rules.
