I checked my score which was ~11500 when I logged off I was in 2nd place. This afternoon I logged onto candy crush saga and it says j was in 13th place and had only 6500 points. What happened????

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
