I purchased extra moves and the money was deducted, but I didn't get the moves

On level 2640 I purchased extra moves since I couldn't move forward.  on different days, I purchased them but they were not given to me.  I am not playing anymore until this is resolved and I receive a refund.

    It happened again!  This level is broken and needs to be fixed and I need a refund!

    Tony,it's happening again on level 2717.  I've used a candy ball, the candy combo and spent coins on 3 hammers to finish this level and just when I was going to pass it, the screen froze and an exclamation came on making me lose all of my boosts and the coins they cost.  This happens a lot and usually I just refresh and move on, but this level took a lot of boosts and energy and I would like them back.  Thanks, Juli

    I’m sick of this, I buy more moves and I don’t get them, then I’m asked to pay again … that’s just not fair ! I’m so tempted to scrub this and all other games by this company off my iPad !
