Hi, I play candy crush saga from facebook on my laptop. I have finished level 2345 but I cannot see any further level after 2345. Can anyone please advise what should I do to move forward?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
