Why am I unable to get past level 560. I won the level in first place, but it will not let me advance. There is a giftbox that says BOOSTERS but nothing happens when I click on it?? What the heck????

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
