Completed Lvl but won't proceed to next lvl

For some reason the Candy Crush game will not let me pass level 1100. I've cleared it two times and received 3 stars with a score over 500k... It will not let me continue to level 1101? Is there something I'm missing? I've tried to reinstall the app per some Google comments I found on a related issue, however that did not fix the issue. Please advise what needs to be done.

I have an Android Google Pixel XL. The message is the same as all. I am still stuck. Just completed it again. It moves to the next little icon but there's no level. I have a screen shot of everything that happens after I complete the level. Is there a way to share.
