I'm not sure if it's possible to install a previous version of the game on your phone but you could try and check if you have any previous version of the game available from a backup.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
