Lost Progress

Question

I recently changed phones, and was logged onto Facebook as I played or if I was offline, it would sync with Game Center. After I switched phone, it pushed me back a couple of levels after I tried to play again. It set me back to a difficult level I had already passed and lost all of my candy cheats or purchases. Please help! I don't want to do this level again and I don't want to have to accumulate all my special candy once again!
