Explain this, please

I am very upset....you owe me at least 300 gold bars. Whenever I try to "extend the game", it takes my "payment", gives me points, but won't allow me to play with the extra moves. It just keeps telling me I need to continue buying more moves. The last time I tried it I had at least 25 extra moves , but insisted I either end the game, or buy more moves, which it wouldn't let me use. Please correct this and give me back my gold bars. It has cost me $40.

Looks like the game was recently updated to a new format.

Try clearing your browser cache and the game should work correctly again.

You can do refunds on Facebook by going to the purchase history and from here clock on dispute.

⛔ Music Season – Clarification on Event End Time
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Hello, good day. I am sending an email from Iran. We connect with VPN to play your game. For several days now, it keeps saying "Please restart or try again later". It keeps saying "Please do not reinstall the game". It cannot connect. It cannot go online and cannot use the rewards. What happened???
