I played Candy Crush a couple years ago and recently reinstalled it. I want to start on level 1 but it automatically loads me to level 246. Can u reset it for me?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
