Lost boosters after game locked me out

I would like to recover my lives, gold, and special candies. The game started getting buggy. I had to uninstall after continually seeing a message saying I didn't have access to the kingdom when I tried to connect to Facebook. I lost 400 lives and several hundred special booster candies upon reinstalling.

It saved my progress, but couldn't save my purchases and special candies. The gold I purchased just disappeared. This is the second time this has happened in a few years and I am so frustrated.

Please make sure you have installed updates for your device and its OS version, as well as the Candy Crush Saga app. I recommend you to restart your device afterwards.

If you keep having these issues in Candy Crush Saga on your Android, then I´d like to request you to specify the make and model of the tablet you´re using, as well as the Android version you got installed on it.
