How do I retrieve lost levels?

My mother has been playing as a guest up until the 300 levels (I think) and I suggested that she logs into FB, to save her progress but I was unaware that it would reset everything. She's under 100 on her facebook account. I've tried logging out of FB and logging back in using my email (turns out I was always a member) but it's still at an old level. Please help!

I can assist in restoring your mothers game progress in the Candy Crush games.
Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact and solve the issue.
