On my computer when I login into candy crush I get a black screen with part of the game, does not fully load, I tried removing the app, than rebooted and that did not correct the problem. On word connect the letters have weird characters. I do not have this problem on my surface or iPhone, only on the computer. I also do not receive the extra bonus on my surface, mainly the gold box with all the extra moves, makes me go back to the main page on face book and than log back in than I continue playing without the extra moves.
