A long time now my account in facebook candy crush saga is blocked and i cannot enter. Sometimes when i enter the game it appears me from the beginning level 1. I try to login from the facebook account through my pc. What should i do?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
