I want to reset my progress. would like to start from the begaining tried to figure it out and coulndt

Thank you for contacting King Care! If you've never connected through facebook or the kingdom you can clear data on your app and that will erase all of your progress but it will also erase lives and boosters. If you have connected through the kingdom or facebook then you'll just have to create another account under a different email address, otherwise there's no way that I'm aware of, that you can start from the beginning, since your account will always be connected through your email address or facebook account.

I have no idea about this game that much
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
