i am onto lvl 80 and when i click on it i get to the bonuses pop up but when i click play all i get is the lolly loading sign and it never actually brings the level up. I have left it for ages and it is still loading. Help?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
