Is anyone else having problems with this. Three times I have completed it and got nothing. Once I have completed the blue and then it just froze and I was not given the option to collect anymor colours. Have sent questions to King but got no response. This has all happened over about the last week. I am getting very frustrated. Happening on bole my phone and tablet

I've had it skip to collecting the next color without notification/awarding the prize.

After I play a different level the color fairy pops back up and I get my prize

This has happened to me the last 2 weeks. Also the tv game won't give rewards either. Doesn't seem fair!

Same here. I've posted under, "You've unlocked an exclusive challenge."
After collecting 75 blue candies I can't move on to the star challenge.
Wasted boosters and my time.
Still no response from King!!

Forgot to add:
Playing on an iPad with up to date software and playing the latest version of candy crush.
