Lost account

Due to unknown circumstances I've lost my entire progress in Candy Crush Saga. I can't even find my account at the pc i'm playing on. I don't know if my account is hidden or not. If i try to access this account by e-mail it opens an other account, with the progress only to level 2 in stead of 2100.
