I was around the 300s then I connected to Facebook and dropped all the way back to the 200s can anyone help me out please ?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
