My User ID# is 4789330590. On 8/14/17 I purchased gold on Candy Crush. I was charged for the purchas

My User ID# is 4789330590. On 8/14/17 I purchased gold on Candy Crush. I was charged for the purchase but didn't receive the product.I was charged 39.99+tax for gold in Candy Crush Saga and never received the product. A King Care agent, Tony Mc couldn't see the charge because it was still pending. Now it has been charged to my account without the 500 gold bars being credited.
