Had to reinstall Candy Crush. Reset my progress back to 1.

I had to reinstall Candy Crush Saga and even after I synced it with Facebook it took me back to level 1. I was on approx. level 1495. I tried logging in from an iPad but it's still back to level 1. I tried reinstalling Facebook also. Is anyone else having problems? This is so frustrating. ☹️
