I have been waiting months for my 5,000 level banner despite asking for it numerous time. Why am I not getting it, why do some people have it but I don’t, why am I being ignored ???

    Thanks, my milestone tick was there but I still didn’t get the badge, does it mean as it didn’t apply automatically for some reason I’ve lost out and will never get it ?

    Hello @disey52 if your Milestone Badge feature is ticked and you still don't have a Milestone Badge, please try replaying level 5000 again. Replaying the milestone level can sometimes make the badge appear.

    Unfortunately, there appears to be some people that never get a milestone badge, or they only receive one that never changes.

    Please try clearing your app cache if you play on mobile (if you play on PC cleat your cookies/history) and signing in and out of your game. Once you have done that restart your device and replay level 5000.
