The game will not load my current level
I have achieved level 985 (using my laptop) and should now be on level 986 but every time I log into the game it shows me all the way back at level 140 with my photo. I can scroll up to level 984 and all the levels after that are blacked out but I can click on level 984 - but it has taken me ages to manage to get off 984 and 985 so I dont want to have to attempt these levels all over again. What is happening please?????

Thank you for contacting King Care! Is it on your laptop that is showing you at 140 or a different device. Also, are you using Windows as an OS on your laptop?

I have a laptop and also a pc both with windows 10 and the problem is exactly the same on both

Okay suzyblue, since you're playing on a PC with Windows, try these steps in the following thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-jelly-saga/cant-get-your-games-to-load-on-windows-10-check-this-out
Also try syncing your King account with Facebook from a PC: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/how-can-i-transfer-my-progress-from-facebook-to-the-king-website
Don't forget to restart after each.
If these suggestions don't work, we'll have to get a King Care moderator to look into your account and help you fix the issue.
