Thank you for contacting King Care! Are you sure your app is up to date? Go to your iTunes Store and click on the app and make sure it is updated, that's all I can think of is to why you can't move on, let me know if this helps for you.

Same here. It's been three days stuck at level 2450. Sent 4 emails. No fix. Will not advance to next episode even though I have passed this level (2450) twice. The first time I passed it I advanced to next episode and went three levels in. Once all lives were used it sent me back to the last level of the previous episode. Doesn't seem like they have very knowledgeable people working on this as I've seen many inquiries about this and the answer to yours is to make sure the app is updated. Seriously.
