I have lost my level progression using my new iPad. It says I am on level 419 but I'm on level 1000

I have a new iPad 2017 edition which hasn't synced to my old iPad properly as I am on level 1000 but my new iPad says I'm on level 419 also my iPhone says level 419 too although I don't play candy crush on my phone. You can check my account to see I'm not fibbing. Please help !! Sue J

Try this method:

1) Make sure your old iPad is connected to Facebook to sync all your progress

2) Connect your new iPad to Facebook to sync back

3) Done :-)
