Level 2703 won't stop cascading after being beat, happening on 2 iOS devices, OS is up to date, No game updates, if I quit the game I lose my points and striped candy count.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
