When I try to pick up hearts from friends or give hearts ..after clicking on "select all" it just goes round and round but never goes through

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
