Piggy bank wont open

I have had the piggy bank full for 24 hours and their is no option for me to open it unless I pay 2.99? After reading others questions I see that I should be able too without paying? Why will it not allow me too? I refuse to be forced to pay $ for a booster that you offered to me for free! PLEASE FIX THIS

not realy an answer, but i know as a child and my piggy bank was full, I didn`t have to pay to open it to get what was inside. But these days the game developers only see one thing...................yeah dollarsigns. A very low attitude, to realy try every way to get money out of people..........Should change their name to trump care, is a pig also.!
