Problem moving to a new iPhone
Hello Community,
I've been playing Candy Crush for a while . I am at level ~4300. I've been using iPhone and mow I am moving to a new one. After login with the same credentials than the original , the progress there is only level ~200
I tried on an iPad and also getting level ~200
Please help !!

I am not sure. I tried with King account and Facebook and both behaves the same.
I even tried doing creating a new account with Apple on my old iphone to see if the backup is done and then opened in the new one but also appeared in a old level. I definetively want to see how to move to level 4300 on my new phone
