Please reset my saga to level 1565. Lost all progress with new iphone. Been playing for 2 years, don't want to start over

I have this problem as well. I lost all my progress and i wasn't backed up on anything. While I was trying to back up my progress by logging into Facebook, I got moved back from level 765 to level 65!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
