I have never been able to play candy crush saga from facebook, tried on my apple tablet and pc

Since I created an account on king.com I have been trying to play candy crush saga from facebook, From my ipad it says 'sorry the kingdom is not available now, try later?, from my facebook page on my pc it says 'An error occurred, please try to re-login to facebook and try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have tried all the suggestions you have given to sort out this issue, browser update, flash player update, delete and reload game, clear cache and so on but it always says the same message. Any suggestions? I have a netbook acer aspire v5 122p with windows 8.1 installed. thank you for any help I might get
