Why can't I move on to level 2736 in Candy Crush on any device?? Please help!!

I've completed level 2735, but the game will not let me move on into the newest episode, even though I can see that there are new levels available. I have tried turning my iPad off. I've even tried beating level 2735 again, but to no avail. I see I'm not the only one having this issue. Please help!!

Hi all.. I just moved to level 2736.. was stuck on 2735 since last 6 days.. I played the game on Facebook (on my pc with windows os) and the level was available there.. when I cleared the level there, game on my iPhone automatically moved on..

I have emailed them twice with this problem , both my iPad and iPhone are stuck between levels ... I reinstalled on my iPhone , losing all bonuses , but that hasn't helped either! No one has answered either of my emails or even acknowledged receiving them.
