Hey Debby, this isn't the result of an error, but rather the result of a difficult level. If a game has to reshuffle your board more than once, it gives you a game over. A select few levels throughout the game make it so it's hard to get a board with moves, meaning you have to get lucky. Hope this helps and good luck. You got this!
