Unable to move on to next level

Completed level 2210 but unable to move on. I can see there are further levels but I am stuck. Tried to sync with iPad to see if that helped but that actually moved me back to 2205 on the iPad. Playing on a new laptop that worked fine for about 7 levels and then it got stuck

Difficulties in passing levels
II am not getting ads.i am stuck on levels.

I cant go forward level 10611, because no Yellow candy of target 18 , coming. Please fixed my issue.
Why am i not getting any ads to watch in order to get extra moves or extra booster?
While all of my friends get to watch ads to get exyra moves and boosters, but for me i am not getting anything, and i am stuck at a legendary level for a long time now.
