When I only had one more jelly to get, I ran out of time, purchased more time twice, and both times it didn't; go back to the game with more time, it just brought up the message that I had run out of time. Please refund my money and fix the problem

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
