It is true that it sounds like your game is not connected. If everything else has not worked, it may be that your game data needs to be reinstalled. However, be careful when doing this. You will lose all boosters and unsaved level progress. But it may help with your connection.
I'm looking for accepted answers, if you don't mind accepting mine, to help reach my goal :)
