After installing candy crush on the new phone I lost all my progress and went back to level 1! I think it's because I signed in to Facebook on the game from the new phone 1st and then I signed in from the old version with progress in it after that. This synced the version I played on with the new one and brought me back to level 1!
I also have the game linked to my email but it's not syncing to the level I left off. Can someone please help... This is so frustrating!!
