Are you trying to log in through the app? If it says there is an issue, and you are not currently logged in at all, there may be an issue with the app connecting to the internet. Sometimes you need to reinstall the game to fix this, but be careful... It will delete data stored on your device (like boosters) and any unsaved progress. Hope this helps :)

We are very sorry for your problem and your old game progress is completely lost due to your old facebook block/Hacked. Also you won't be able to log in with a new account on that game app to re-save your old game progress.
However, it is guaranteed that your old game progress will not be possible recovered in any way, but it will be possible to manually restore it to your new account, i.e. manually bring you back to the level you were at. If you want to manually recover game progress then follow the steps below then contact our player support.
