I have an empty envelope for lives after the T&Cs latest update and sometimes they come back the next time I sign in but not his time. I had about 50 there so not happy it is zero. Why is this happening?
I never listen to sound in the game and have it turned off as my preference. However every time I play now I have to turn the sound off which is really annoying. This always happens after T&Cs update and randomly at other times. Why?

Thank you for the feedback . Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device.
For T&C Please email or Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can check up what happened in your game.

I have just lost my lives again as T&Cs have been updated. If your computer system can not prevent this from happening as you first explained this will happen back in 2019 then can I make a suggestion. Can you inform us there will be an update so we get to use the lives before they are lost. It is so frustration especially when my husband does not ever have this issue on his desktop.
