retrieve candy crush level

i kept getting prompted to connect through facebook, and when i accidentally did, i lost hundreds of levels of progress and can't play past level 2435 (even after i beat it again). when i tried connecting via email through the orange crown button, it said it doesn't recognize my email address (it's the only email address i have). how can i have my progress restored?

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
