Yes, it is really not fair. We had to purchase extra booster to clear levels and those who had the helmet did not need to make any purchase to clear all the levels.
And I believe this feature had been launched for 1 year and more, and why is it still on testing purpose? Or why are we still not been chosen to test the feature? And why are those chosen players can have test on-going since the test is positively showing that they can cleared all new levels within 1 night using this feature?

Cheryl, you answered your own question. It is all about the money, which is why there are more than 1,000 pre-planned, unfixed and ignored programming "errors" which all work against the player. So that people, they hope, are addicted and forced to pay. We should have no problem paying for an honest game. We should never, ever, EVER pay someone who is cheating us as King Care is doing. DO NOT EVERY BUY ANYTHING FROM KING CARE until they make the game honest. The only way that will happen is if the income stream goes to nothing or near it. I also, in the last two levels, have stopped receiving the helmets, but if that is King Care's choice they don't owe me. However, here is just a recent list of planned programming cheats that King Care purposely put in place trying to force us to spend. Each is listed by level and are simply the few I noticed (lots of things happen so fast who knows what really occurred, like bombs I make routinely exploding immediately, on their own, when no stripe or wrapped could even be made, much less made and exploded on the same move):2132first move combine bomb and color (stripe or wrapped) below does not affect same color above!make a stripe in a group that has a stripe does not create the second stripecause to stripes to explode in the same direction on the same row or column only hits candies in that row or column one time2133vertical stripes do not reach the top though there is no blocker present, only the dispenser2142 simultaneously explode 3 wrapped candies against the mixer (should equate to 6 hits) and you get ONE! 2211 first move was next to covered stripe upper left. though the match was touching it, the "merengue" (or whatever you call it) was not removed.2226 five across through cascade, no bomb! they simply replaced by dropping down2244 pushed a stripe up to make a wrapped and, miracle of all miracles, the stripe did not explode, it was simply lost; made a match along side "gelatin" and it was not removed; combing wrapped and striped candies cleared only two rows, not three; 2245 sliding a candy laterally into 3 others to make a strike caused a vertical stripe which, amazingly, is of no value for this level. what a shocker!; switched color bombs once, the first ingredient didn't fall to the bottom; switched color bombs a second time, it STILL didn't fall to the bottom;2249 as before, combined color bomb and stripe and candy that was of the same color as the stripe but would become yellow when exploded was unaffected; if I simply switch the same color (in this case red) it explodes, but not if it would become a stripe;2250 needed a horizontal stripe or the level cannot be completed; moved laterally to create a stripe that should have dropped onto the conveyor, instead it became vertical and dropped one row further;2251 made a move to cause two bombs to sit side-by-side which would have caused me to complete the level; mysteriously, one of the bombs exploded though there was only one candy on one side of the bomb and the frog on the other, no candies top or bottom, making a match with anything impossible;2274 combined two color bombs which should have removed ALL 8 of the licorice swirls; NO, only 4; again the bullshit King Care ignores;2287 made a match with a stripe to help expose the mixer and start getting licorice swirls; two of the candies exploded, the stripe? no;2313 made a wrapped candy that simply didn't appear; three exploded and the two remained2321 exploded two stripes pointing up the same column; the bottom double layer jelly was cleared but the two top jellies? miraculously only one layer was removed from each; matched color bomb with color, did not remove a layer of jelly in squares that had that color; pulled down a color to make a vertical stripe and instead got a 4 layer blocker; moved a candy vertically to get a vertical stripe but got a horizontal stripe;

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.

Not always all challenges and offers will be available for all our players in all our games.

This can occur since most challenges, offers and new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analyze the impact.

The opposite can also happen and some challenges, offers or features might get deactivated after some time.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges, offers and gaming elements in the future.
