Candy crush boosters lost

i bought a new iPad loaded the app. It transferred my game level but none of my boosters. I worked hard for those over the last few years. Hours of play. GONE!!! My boosters disappeared before and I was instructed to join FBI so I would not lose them in the future. Candy crush kept crashing and you said get a newer iPad to keep up with the changes. So, I did so I could keep my boosters and levels. I need my boosters back.

Hi red54- Welcome to the community! Boosters are currently non-transferable between platforms and devices.As they are items saved directly to your device's memory they can only be used on that specific device. This means that if you receive them on your mobile device you are unable to access them on your PC and vice versa.

Your Gold Bars and level progression will always be synched and saved between your devices, as long as you are connected to our Kingdom or Facebook.

Are you able to access the Boosters on the old device?
