Do you think you were overcharged for one of your purchases? If so, please contact the King Customer Support team and send them a complaint.

** If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon you see in Settings window;
Scroll down till you see "My Purchases" and click on it;
Select a suitable option and click on it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Fill the form and send your complaint.
