Why does candy crush saga not load anymore on my laptop??

I have contacted king several times about the game not loading on my laptop anymore and all they do is refer me to the blog where no one has any answers. I have done everything they have suggested and it still does not load. They say this is their issue but then just refer me to this. I WANT THIS FIXED!!! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK??????
