Piggy bank purchase and error message

Hi,

I have just unlocked the piggy bank, purchase has been approved (I have received itunes store confirmation email) but piggy bank said " an error occurred" and I have not been credited with the gold bars.

What happened and could I get back, or the money or the bars ?
